About Us
Before I started the business, I had been a granola fan for years. I loved the sweet and savory crunch it delivered on every bite. But after I had granola, I always felt bloated, and it seemed to me the granola was nothing but empty calories. That's why I started Cultured Crunch. With the 24 hour fermentation process the oats and nuts go through, I no longer feel bloated after eating this granola, and I am getting so much more nutrition now as well. All I want to do now is share to the world the power of fermentation, and how it can take an already great food and turn it into one of the healthiest on the planet!
